Liaoning Shenyang City Football Salon's outlook for the new season
On the occasion of May Day, Liaoning Shenyang City Football Salon of the Central League officially announced that the team will fully move towards rejuvenation in the new season. To this end, the club not only made large-scale personnel adjustments, but also specially hired Zhao Faqing as the first team head coach.
Since being promoted from Central B to Central A in 2019, Liaoning Shenyang City, under the leadership of Head Coach Yu Ming and his team, has been unable to train normally most of the time, especially against the backdrop of the epidemic that affected the team for two consecutive years. Even so, Yu Ming and his coaching team have led the team to complete the task of relegation for two consecutive years, for which they would like to express their gratitude.
In the 2022 season, with full rejuvenation becoming the primary goal, the club made a series of personnel changes, and Zhao Faqing, the former reserve team manager, was promoted to first-team manager. Zhao Faqing was the captain of Liao Football during its ten consecutive championships and was known as the "big gate". Since his retirement, he has coached professional teams such as Chongqing FC, Hunan Xiangtao, Hohhot and Chengdu Qianbao.
At the same time, the club also hired Zhang Yuede as assistant coach and Zhao Yang as goalkeeper coach. Zhang Yuede has been committed to youth soccer for a long time, and in 2013, he led the Shaanxi team to win the silver medal in the U18 competition of the National Games.
Before preparing for the start of the Central League, the club determined the game strategy of "bringing in the new with the old", and signed 29 new players in one go, in addition to retaining captain Yang Jian and goalkeeper Liu Jun. Most of the players have experience in the national league, and also have a background of staying in the ocean, which is regarded as a quality player with both strength and potential.
On the forward line, in addition to bringing in Uros, the Serbian high-flying bully, the team also signed veteran Han Jiabao, who scored 10 goals in last year's Central B League, and Liu Ziming, who scored six goals alone in last year's Central A League. Also brought in were defender Liu Wenqing and Yichun Weihu captain Fang Zhengyang, who as a center back scored five goals in the Central League B last season. The club also moved up some of the reserve team and 04 team players, making the age structure of the team more reasonable.
