In today's developments, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) officially unveiled a notice on the announcement of the list of participating clubs at all levels of the professional league for the 2022 season, formally confirming the final teams at all levels of the professional league.
A total of 18 teams have qualified for the Chinese Super League, including Hebei and Chongqing Liangjiang Athletic. The four teams promoted in the new season - Wuhan Sanzhen, Meizhou Hakka, Zhejiang and Chengdu Rongcheng - also managed to qualify.
In the Central League, a total of 18 teams qualified for the tournament. Qingdao, who were relegated from the Super League last season, withdrew, as did Guizhou, while Beijing Institute of Technology and Xinjiang managed to get in and qualify.
There are 20 teams in the China B League, including China's U19 men's national soccer team.

In order to orderly promote the organization of the events of the 2022 season of the Chinese Super League, the Chinese League A and the Chinese League B, according to the requirements of the documents such as the notice of the Chinese Football Association on the work related to the 2022 season of the Chinese Super League, the Chinese League A and the Chinese League B of the Chinese Football Association (No. 121 of the word soccer (2022)), the notice on the qualification recognition of clubs of the Chinese Super League in the 2022 season (No. 122 of the word soccer (2022)) and the notice on the qualification recognition of clubs of the Chinese League B of the 2022 season (No. 124 of the word soccer (2022)). No. 123 on the qualification of clubs for the 2022 season of the Chinese League A and No. 124 on the qualification of clubs for the 2022 season of the Chinese League B. After the application of the clubs and the review of written materials by the Chinese Football Association, the qualification review of clubs for the relevant professional leagues has now been completed.
