In the ever-changing soccer field, the latest news came on April 6: on April 3, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) officially announced the access announcement for the new season of the three-tier league, confirming the access qualification of 18 Super League clubs, 17 China League 1 clubs and 22 China League 2 clubs. However, Guizhou China A club did not comply with the AFC access regulations and failed to solve the problem of salary arrears, so it regretted to lose the access qualification for this season; Sichuan Minzhu China B club failed to submit the relevant documents within the time limit, and also failed to obtain the access qualification.
The CFF has recently issued a confirmation letter to all clubs, requiring them to return the confirmation letter to the CFF before April 11th. At that time, CFF will immediately announce the list of participating teams for the new season.
Despite the fact that all three tiers of teams have cleared access, there has yet to be a training response from Hebei in the Chinese Super League, and Qingdao in the Central League is likely to forfeit this season's Central League, with changes to the final roster or changes to the final roster.
In response, media personality Li Xuan revealed what he has learned: recently, he has observed fluctuations and conditions of individual teams. It is worth noting that the three-tier league access list in the notice of the work related to the 2022 season of the Chinese Super League, the Chinese First League and the Chinese Second League issued by the CFA on April 3 only represents the teams' willingness to participate and their basic establishment, which meets the basic requirements of the AFC, but the teams on the list don't mean that they have been fully qualified to participate in the new season.
Due to the implementation of "conditional access" for some teams with salary arrears, they need to obtain confirmation of participation and submit salary arrears solutions and salary arrears summaries in accordance with the time specified in the notification; China B clubs are also required to pay the security deposit mentioned in the notification.
In other words, the teams currently on the list are only eligible to submit further information, and may still lose their eligibility for the new season if the subsequent review is not passed, or if the C.B. clubs fail to pay the deposit.
