However, due to the recent epidemic in some provinces and cities in the country rebounded significantly, the tournament organizers of the alternative venues of clubs at all levels of the field investigation work is suspended, the specific investigation work temporarily by the relevant local member associations to assist in the work. At the end of each phase, the teams in each group are rotated, with six teams remaining in each group, and a double round-robin within the group is played.
