Following the clear deployment of the CFA on the reform of the working soccer salon, the Dalian People's Working Football Salon has recently carried out a drastic reorganization, forming a new operation pattern with the management of the state-owned team as the core and the help of private enterprises such as the Wanda Group. The new salon adheres to the correct direction of reform, the old operating mechanism and salary system to carry out a full range of innovation, and strive to forge a high morale, unity and cooperation, full of positive energy, dare to challenge, never give up the top athletes team, with a new look to meet the 2022 season of the work of the league, revitalize the Dalian soccer style. Now we are looking for talents from all over the country, and the recruitment announcement for the first team players is as follows:
I. Recruitment targets
(a) Trial players must hold the nationality of the People's Republic of China or foreign active players serving in Chinese leagues at all levels (trial players must have long-term residence in China, comply with the epidemic prevention and control regulations, and be able to participate in the trial on time);
(ii) Players in the trial should be law-abiding, of good character, free from bad habits, with excellent technical level and physical quality, as well as the spirit of hard work and sportsmanship (Dalian players who have experience in working leagues or are willing to play for their hometowns will be prioritized for the trial);
(c) Forward (CF) and back (DM) players are the focus of this tryout.
II. Selection process
The judging team formed by the salon will select players for the first team or reserve team based on their trial performance, combined with comprehensive analysis of training and match data.
III. Remuneration system
After the players are formally hired, their salaries will follow the sunshine salary assessment system based on "basic salary (30%) + performance salary (70%) + match bonus". The sunshine salary assessment system aims to encourage the players to fight bravely, dare to struggle and show their spirit, not only focusing on the results, but also rewarding and penalizing those who are not up to the standard. Among them, the match bonus will be determined by comprehensively considering the team's performance, team atmosphere and individual players' performance in the match, with the maximum not exceeding 5 times of the basic salary. Salon solemnly promises that it will strictly implement the sunshine salary assessment system, pay according to performance, open and transparent, and put an end to salary arrears.
IV. Conditions of enrolment
(a) Trial players must submit a physical health certificate issued by a third-class hospital within 30 days before the deadline for registration, and purchase personal accident insurance, and sign a waiver of liability for trial players during the trial period at the Dalian People's Work Soccer Salon;
(ii) For players under the age of 18, a copy of the guardian's ID card and signature of consent are required;
(c) Players in the trial will be responsible for their own round-trip transportation, food and lodging expenses. Accommodation can be provided by the salon during the trial period, and the related expenses will be borne by the salon once the player is hired;
(d) Trial players must not have signed a valid contract with another salon, there is no transfer dispute, if the existing contract has been terminated, the original salon (or the local football association) to hold a free agency certificate issued by the trial qualified and have the conditions for signing a contract with the salon.
V. Enrolment

Upon receipt and review of the resume, Salon will notify the tryout time, location and related requirements by phone. Applicants are required to comply with the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements issued by the Dalian CDC to implement epidemic prevention and control measures.
