Interviews will be held at the Dalian Football Youth Training Base on Northwest Road, Ganjingzi District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, China, 150 meters north of the Dalian Sports Center.
Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
(i) Possessing Chinese nationality;
(ii) Deeply understand and agree with the CFA's policies related to the reform of professional soccer clubs, and have unique insights and in-depth thinking on the direction, goals and tasks of the reform;
(c) Proficient in the pulse and trends of modern soccer development, with excellent experience in technical and tactical coaching and team management, good at identifying and developing young players, and good at building an effective youth training system and achieving remarkable results;
(d) Must hold the coaching qualification certificate of AFC professional level or equivalent, and the coaching license is in a valid status. Priority will be given to those who have been in charge of the national team or have served as a head coach or assistant coach in the Chinese Super League, Chinese League A (or equivalent foreign leagues);
(v) Must be under 60 years of age, physically fit and able to cope with the high workload pace of the Club;
(vi) No criminal, disciplinary or breach of trust records, good conduct, strong sense of enterprise and sense of responsibility.
The following materials are required for enrollment:
(i) Completed application form (attached);
(ii) Health certificate and certificate of credit record provided by a Level 3A hospital within 30 days prior to registration;
(c) Football professional level coaching certificate and coaching license.

The selection process is as follows:
(i) Qualification: Dalian People's Football Club Recruitment Team will qualify the applicants, screen the eligible candidates and notify them to attend the interview by phone;
(ii) Mode of assessment: The interview will include a presentation and a question-and-answer session. Candidates will be required to present their coaching philosophy, team building ideas, personal strengths, team formation ideas, analysis of league opponents, preparation plans, etc. through PPT, with a presentation time of no more than 30 minutes, after which they will answer questions raised by the recruitment team.
Applicants are required to comply with the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements issued by the Dalian CDC. If you are unable to travel to Dalian City to attend the interview due to epidemic prevention and control reasons, you may apply to the club to participate via online video.
