The interview coordinates are locked in: Northwest Road, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China, adjacent to the soccer youth training base 150 meters north of the Dalian Sports Center.
To join us, you need to fulfill the following conditions:
First of all, you must be an honorable child of China;
Secondly, you need to have a deep understanding of the CFA's policies related to the reform of professional soccer clubs and be able to utilize your coaching talents in the direction, goals and tasks of the reform;
Furthermore, you should have your finger on the pulse of modern soccer, have excellent technical, tactical and managerial experience, excel at nurturing and launching young players, and excel at building and optimizing a youth training system with significant results;
In addition, you will need to hold an AFC professional level coaching qualification with a valid coaching license (it will be preferred if you have been in charge of a national team or have been a head coach or assistant coach in the Chinese Super League or Chinese League 1);
The age requirement is under 60 years old, physically fit and able to withstand the intense pace of work at the club;
No record of any crime, discipline or breach of trust, integrity, good character, passionate and responsible for the career.
Enrollment materials include, but are not limited to:
Complete enrollment form (attached);
Physical examination report and certificate of credit record issued by a Grade 3A hospital within 30 days prior to application;
Soccer professional level coaching certification and license to coach.

The selection process is as follows:
First, we will qualify the applicants and call those who are qualified to attend the interview;
The interview session includes self-presentation and Q&A. Candidates are required to present their coaching philosophy, team formation ideas, personal strengths, team formation ideas, analysis of league opponents, and preparation plans through PPT, which lasts no more than 30 minutes, and then answer questions from the recruiting team after the presentation.
Please note that applicants are required to comply with the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements issued by the Dalian CDC. If you are unable to come to Dalian for the interview due to epidemic prevention and control, you may apply to the club to participate in the interview through online video.
