On the night of January 19th, Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic Club officially announced that the team's head coach Oscar's contract has expired and he will not stay on.

The contract between Mr. Oscar Céspedes Cabeza and the club has reached its expiration date and both parties have decided not to renew it after friendly negotiations. As of this moment, Mr. Oscar will step down from his position as Head Coach of the first team of Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic Da Qin Zhi Shui.
Since the beginning of 2021, Mr. Oscar has been in charge of the Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic Da Qin Zhi Shui team. After a series of systematic training and team bonding, the Shaanxi team performed strongly in the 2021 season of the Central League. After the third stage of the season, Oscar returned to Xi'an for some reason and was unable to join the team in the division. However, he continued to provide essential support to the first team in Xi'an for the fourth phase of the season. With his dynamic coaching style, Oscar remained committed to his duties despite the special format and contributed greatly to the overall progress of the team.
