On the eve of the 21st round of league fixtures, Cangzhou Lions head coach Sabrić attended the pre-match press conference along with team member Oscar. Immediately afterward, the two teams will face off in a fierce battle tomorrow afternoon.
Sablić began by sharing his team's preparation: "In the next 16 days, we will have our seventh consecutive match, which is a great test for all players. Not only our team but other teams are also facing this challenge. Therefore, we are preparing for tomorrow's match with all our might as per the set plan. We need to be prepared for everything against a strong opponent who has a number of good players."
The Cangzhou Lions' Oscar player went on to say, "Even though we only have two days to prepare, the whole team is ready for the win."
Talking about whether the team's backline will be under great pressure against Dalian's hot offensive lineup, Sabrić responded, "Suspended players are now back in the team, which provides us with more tactical options. Dalian is a strong team, especially on the offensive side. They were just a little less lucky in their last game and failed to win, we are fully aware of this and must be fully prepared."
Meanwhile, Dalian manager Jose had publicly expressed his hope that Oscar would not score again. Oscar responded wryly, "I think he was probably joking with me, it doesn't affect me. I was having trouble scoring before, but since I scored my first goal, everything has gone away. I hope I can score two goals tomorrow, three if possible."
