Central League Play-Off Spotlight
The tightly-contested first round of the promotion and relegation playoffs between the Chinese League One and Chinese League Two for the 2021 season kicked off passionately on December 26th in Meizhou, Guangdong Province. Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Leopards ushered in the challenge of Guangxi Pingguo Ha Loud and Clear at the Wuhua Olympic Sports Center. As the curtain was about to rise, Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Leopards head coach Pilates and some players appeared in the pre-match press conference.
Facing the media, the Prati skipper revealed, "After a year-long league campaign, the players are physically and mentally exhausted after experiencing long hours of closed matches. In view of this, the coaching team has specially arranged a short period of adjustment and rest for the players. Currently, our team is in a brand new division and facing brand new opponents, and despite the fact that both sides are familiar with each other, we will still go all out and strive to maintain Xinjiang soccer's place in the Central League in these two rounds of matches."
