The latest notice issued states that for players whose contracts expire before the end of the 2021 season, there are two paths available to clubs if they wish the player to continue to compete: first, signing a new labor contract with the player to complete the renewal of the contract; and second, signing a supplemental agreement, which is an agreement in which both parties jointly confirm that the player will complete the remaining matches of the 2021 season on behalf of the club.
