Xu Liang v. Injustice Incident
In a recent live broadcast, former well-known international footballer Xu Liang spoke out publicly, complaining bitterly about his failure to join the A-level coaching training course organized by the CFA as he had hoped.
Xu Liang said goodbye to Shanghai Shenhua Football Club in 2015, only to make a swift return in 2016, joining Shenzhen Football Club in the Central League and playing in the league with the team.
After a second retirement, Xu Liang has devoted himself to soccer charity and Internet live broadcasting in recent years, and has served as a guest commentator for the Chinese Super League and other matches on several platforms. He revealed that he had enrolled in the A-level coaching training course organized by the CFA, but unfortunately was not included in the 24-member selection list.
Xu Liang, who already has B-level coaching qualification, is eager to further improve himself. It is reported that the enrollment conditions of the A-level coach training course include: firstly, it is necessary to have the B-level qualification certification, and the age needs to meet the requirements; secondly, it is preferred to have served as a coach in the first team of the Chinese Super League, the Chinese First League, the Chinese Second League or the Women's Super League and the Women's First League, the ladder team, and the reserve team; and thirdly, those who have the excellent player practitioner experience can be prioritized.
Xu Liang has not previously served as a coach in the aforementioned first team or ladder or reserve team, but he emphasized that this condition is not absolute and that he himself has a wealth of experience as an international footballer.
According to him, a total of 216 people enrolled in this training course, and finally 24 people were selected. Xu Liang said that among the 24 people selected, he had never heard of as many as 10 others, except for a few players such as Lou Jiahui, the former women's soccer international. He said angrily, "I don't think it's fair, I can choose not to go to study, every training course can be without me, or even I can not do the relevant work, I just want to tell everyone about these things, so that we can comment on a reason."
Xu Liang also said, "I am still in the group of key training young coaches, but I do not know whether it is still that key training object, before always thought it was, but now I think it is not. There is no greater sorrow than death, some things really do not have to say, the important thing is to do well, I hope everyone can cheer, do not give up on anything."
