Hebei soccer workers' petition

On November 15, Beijing time, Li Xuan, a well-known Chinese soccer media personality, published on his Weibo account the contents of a petition from Hebei Football Club employees, as well as a statement from the leader, Lang Zheng.

In the petition, a large number of employees collectively signed that they were willing to work without pay and expected to hold out until the shareholding reform was completed and the club's situation improved!

Lang Zheng said:

"We've hung in there for so long and we don't want to give up just like that. We use our last tenacity to wrestle a future for River soccer." The players, coaches, and staff, have done the best they could. To lose a team like that is a sad day for the profession. If before it was to receive a salary to share the worries of the leaders, now it can be said that it is from love. Love for the hard-earned team and the rankings that have cost us our lives over the past two years. That's all we can do as a club. Use our actions to retain the Hebei team, and hopefully leaders at all levels can support us in helping the club move forward with the share reform. Looking back on this time in a few years, I hope this is just an unforgettable past for Hebei soccer.
