On the night of November 18, the entire Chinese men's football team tested negative for nucleic acid, and then moved to the Gusu Taihu Taimei Xiangguli Hotel to gather, and will soon enter the isolation observation period.
In view of the players' imminent return to the league and cup competitions, the coaching team will still organize normal training in Gusu and Shanghai during the quarantine period. It is expected that the team's first outdoor training session after returning to China will start on the 21st of this month.
Despite the recent controversy surrounding head coach Li Tie's comments, the Chinese team's preparations have not been affected. The coaching staff is as good as ever, and the CFA team sees "playing soccer" as the best way to relax during the quarantine period.
At 10:05 a.m. Beijing time on the 18th, the Chinese team arrived in Shanghai, in accordance with the provisions of the entry regulations at the airport to accept a series of epidemic prevention checks, and then stayed in a designated hotel near the Pudong International Airport to wait for the results of the nucleic acid test.
On the evening of the 18th, the whole team was transferred to the quarters in Building 9, Taihu Tai Mei Xianggu Li. As in the case of the return from the last overseas visit, the Chinese team will first rest for at least two days after arriving in Gusu.
According to the previous communication schedule between the CFA and the preparatory team of the CFF, the second phase of the Chinese Super League is expected to start on December 12, and the Chinese team will not be released from quarantine until December 8 or 9 at the earliest. Therefore, even if the international players return to their clubs at the first time, they will have very limited time to integrate with the team.
In order to ensure that the international players can devote themselves to the league in the best condition, the national football team will continue to arrange regular training in the next three weeks. Among them, the first practice after returning home will start as soon as this Sunday.
At present, the atmosphere within the Chinese team is relatively stable. After the coaching team returned to China, they immediately put themselves into the preparation work for the following two rounds of matches.
In this month's two Top 12 matches, the Chinese team drew with Oman and Australia, leaving the hope of getting out of the tournament until next year. Therefore, all members of the Chinese team do not dare to slacken on the next preparation work.
