Though young, Chan Yuen-ting has a remarkable resume: a woman who has led a group of men to win two consecutive Hong Kong League titles; she was the head coach of the national U16 women's soccer team in 2019, and finished third in that year's Asian tournament, which was the best result for China's U16 women's soccer team in 10 years.

The addition of Chan Yuen Ting certainly adds to the average educational qualifications of national soccer coaches.
Zhao Junzhe's career as a player has been exciting, but his performance as a coach is unknown.
