Dear member associations, clubs and related organizations:
In order to carry out the spirit of the overall program of China's soccer transformation and development, to ensure the preparation and participation of China's women's national football team in international tournaments in the new cycle, and to strive for excellent results, the CFA plans to carry out the open selection and recruitment of the head coach of China's women's national football team in the near future. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
I. Recruitment Position: Head Coach of China Women's National Football Team
II. Time and place of selection and recruitment:
(i) Application period: from now until 24:00 on October 12, 2021
(ii) Interviews: October 15-16, 2021
(iii) Place of interview: Beijing
III. Conditions of enrolment:
(i) Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China
(ii) Holding a professional soccer coaching certificate with a valid coaching license.
(iii) Experience as a professional or specialist soccer player (preferably with experience of playing for a national soccer team)
(iv) Past experience is subject to one of the following conditions:
1. Has served as the head coach of U19 and above national units of CFA
2. Has served as head coach of the CFA Women's Super League unit
3. Has been a head coach or assistant coach of a CFA top league unit
(v) Being under 60 years of age, in good health, and able to adapt to the needs of the army's intensive training and preparation for war.
IV. Registration information and requirements:
(i) Registration form (annex);
(ii) A health certificate from a hospital of grade 3A or above;
(c) Football professional level coaching certificate and coaching license;
