The Vietnam team announced its latest 23-player roster, in which Nguyen Van Hoang, Tran Dinh Trung, Le Van Chun and Ho Duc Thang failed to make the cut. In the offensive line, Nguyen Cong Phong, Nguyen Chinh Linh and Nguyen Quang Hai, the "Nguyen's Three", still occupy a place.
