On September 16th, Beijing time, Shanghai Harbour Football Club urgently informed that team star Oscar suffered a compression fracture of his right toe after an accident during a fierce training confrontation. The official announcement revealed that the captain will need to receive appropriate treatment, and the entire recovery process is expected to take six weeks.

Seaport Football Club took to social media to express their concern for Oscar and wrote: "Recently, during a regular training session at Seaport, captain Oscar was unfortunately injured during a fierce scramble. After an urgent medical examination, the doctor confirmed that he has a compression fracture of the right toe bone, and the treatment and rehabilitation cycle is expected to take about six weeks. We wish Oscar a speedy recovery and a return to the field to continue playing for the team."
