"Practice makes perfect" is often mentioned, and this is also true in professional soccer. Despite the importance of talent, no one in international soccer has ever succeeded so easily. In addition to talent, relentless hard work is also crucial, and only a combination of the two can close the gap between dreams and success.

The Chinese Super League is closed for several months, for veterans and core players, this is a good time to adjust and rest. For young players, especially those who have limited opportunities to play, they should seize this time to improve themselves and really do "practice makes perfect".

Take Guangzhou's youngster Tan Kaiyuan for example, who shocked the crowd by scoring a goal in just seven minutes of a Chinese Super League match. But if he were to become complacent and stagnate, his future would be unpredictable. Fortunately, Tan Kaiyuan didn't do that, and after his injury, he cherished every opportunity to play, faced up to his shortcomings, and continued to train in the off-season.

Ming Chat Sports New Media recorded one of Tan Kai Yuen's 2.5-hour special training sessions, where a foreign physical trainer recorded his training data in detail, aiming to make adjustments at any time according to his condition.

The coaches said Tan Kaiyuan has good physical condition and talent, but still needs to keep working hard. They have tailored a training program for Tan Kaiyuan, aiming to improve his overall strength.

The coaches said they will develop a targeted training program for Tan Kaiyuan to help him gradually improve his strength.

The coach is confident in Tan Kaiyuan's future, believing that with persistent hard work, he will improve.

We wish Tan Kaiyuan the best of luck in the off-season, and look forward to him making a new mark for Guangzhou when the Chinese Super League resumes. We also hope that more young players will be able to "practice makes perfect" and contribute to the team's future.
