On July 25, a news from Sports Weekly disclosed that the Saudi side announced that it will arrange all five home matches at King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh during the upcoming Round of 12 tournament.

The stadium is not only of high grass quality, which is conducive to the technical and tactical demonstration of Saudi players, but also strategically located, which makes it easy for local fans to come to the stadium to cheer, thus creating a strong home atmosphere.

King Saud University Stadium, located in the western part of Riyadh, was built in the spring of 2011 and officially opened in May 2015 to the public. With a total investment of about $57 million, it is a professional soccer stadium with 25,000 seats.

In addition, the stadium is also the home ground of Saudi club Al Nasr. It was the venue for the Saudi team's home matches during the World Qualifying 40 tournament.

The Saudis will host Vietnam in the first round of the 12-team tournament on September 2, while the Chinese national team is scheduled to travel here on October 12 to face the Saudis in the fourth round of the tournament.
