The following day, the team and the CFA's Top 40 working group will end their 14-day closed quarantine. It is reported that members of the CFA, including the two main leaders and other relevant staff, will leave Gusu en masse and head to Shanghai immediately afterward, where they will undergo a seven-day community health surveillance in accordance with local epidemic prevention measures.
On July 5, the CFA and the Professional League Preparatory Group will convene the heads of the Chinese Super League clubs to hold a professional league working meeting in Shanghai, aiming to finalize the match plans for the remaining matches of the season's Chinese Super League and the AFC Cup. At the same time, the preparation plan will be coordinated with the national team based on the draw results of the 12-team tournament.
On the afternoon of June 29th, the team completed an intense outdoor training session, and on the morning of June 30th, they had a recovery session in the resident gym, which was their last group training session during the closed quarantine in Gusau. The team is expected to finish the 14-day closed quarantine on July 1st. On the afternoon of the same day, the CFA working group also played an internal friendly match in the closed area of the training ground.
According to the anti-epidemic regulations, the entire team and all members of the CFA's Top 40 Working Group are allowed to leave the Gusau tournament area on July 1, and then disperse to various locations and follow local anti-epidemic policies.
Following the decision to leave Gusau, the vast majority of the members of our team and the CFA's Top 40 working group will travel to Shanghai for seven days of community health testing. A few of the members, including international player Wu Lei, will return home to undergo autonomous quarantine as their home is in Shanghai.
