Highlights of CFA Youth Training Coach Training Course
Today, the second phase of the 2021 CFA Elite Youth Training Coaches Training Course kicked off at Chongming Genbao Football Base and will last until June 13th. CFA Vice President Gao Hongbo and soccer star Xu Genbao presided over the opening ceremony, while Fan Zhiyi, technical director of the base, was also present.
After the ceremony, the participants posed for a group photo outside the soccer hotel, where German youth coach Lars Isek, former head coach of the U19 National Youth League, then opened the first lesson ......
It is reported that this training course is recommended by the member associations of the Football Association, and the performance of the comprehensive 2020 elite youth training coaches training course, a total of 28 coaches were admitted, including Hu Yunfeng, Fan Yunfeng, Zheng Kewei and other familiar names of fans.
The team of lecturers includes, in addition to Lars Issykke, Bo Fu, Jun Lu, Lei Wang, and Zhenpeng Dai, who each teach courses related to their specialties.
Gao Hongbo, on behalf of the Football Association, invited Xu Genbao to give a lecture, and Genbao said that he would combine the practice of Chinese soccer and share his own experience of more than 20 years of youth training. He carefully organized the accumulated technical and tactical play and training selection points, and even before the compilation of the chart called "secret sauce", teaching, hoping to provide inspiration for young coaches.
Two of Xu Genbao's disciples, Gao Hongbo and Fan Zhiyi, both participated in the training. They woke up in the early hours of the morning to watch the match between the national soccer team and the Philippines, and spoke highly of Wu Lei's performance. Genbao said that Wu Lei had communicated with him on WeChat last year, and he strongly supported Wu Lei to stay in Spain.
"It's best to play in La Liga and practice well with the team, but if you can't, La Liga B or not, no matter how many match opportunities you have, you have to make sure that the quality of your training can't go down because your ultimate goal is to come back and help the national soccer team to hit the World Cup!"
The recent performance of Wu Lei has been recognized by the veteran coach, who believes that both Wu Lei and Zhang Linpeng have improved.
Genbao believes that China's youth training work as a whole has made progress, but the key is to cultivate outstanding players like Wu Lei, "Campus soccer needs to be engaged in, the focus of youth training is to produce talent, and is the star, competitive sports ultimately rely on the star to drive."
He emphasized that the height of a player is also determined by talent, and that the most important mission of an elite youth coach is to find stars and discover their talent, "No talent is not cultivation, it's a waste of time."
During the discussion, Genbao, together with Gao Hongbo and Fan Zhiyi, studied player selection and the use of technology and tactics, showing a strong academic atmosphere between master and disciple.
Gao Hongbo said, the Football Association chose Genbao base to start elite youth training coaching class, is to learn from Xu Genbao in the youth training out of the successful experience of talent, while Genbao modestly called it "dip a bit of luck".
In addition to closed-door instruction, the course will utilize the base's excellent field conditions and youth teams for practice, demonstration and communication.
