On June 2, in the Beijing time zone, the Chinese soccer team had an intense training day with two tightly packed practices. An open competition training session kicked off at 4:30 p.m., and the media was able to get a 15-minute glimpse of the team. This became the team's last open session before traveling to Sharjah. In the interval before the training, Stanley Wong received an exclusive interview with the media.

Facing the reporters, Stanley Wong said firmly: "No matter how many thorns there are on the road ahead, the most crucial thing for us is to do well. The team's strategy remains unchanged, and that is to get all three points in the next three matches."

Stanley Wong went on to elaborate, "Any plan may not be able to catch up with the actual changes. We, as professional players, now is the time to adjust our condition and get ready for the next game. Regardless of the venue, we have to give our best to win. We need to adjust quickly and I believe that the team will provide us with the best accommodation and food conditions in Dubai and I am confident that with our joint efforts, we can still achieve the desired results."

Talking about the mentality adjustment, Stanley Wong said, "We can't change the objective factors, we can only do well for ourselves. Our only goal is to win the three games. All of our attention is focused on the game, no matter how much difficulty we face, we have to fight for the victory."

Talking about the rival Philippines, Stanley Wong said: "We have targeted training every day, but for us, we need to take all three points against any opponent. Through the first game, our self-confidence has been boosted and our teamwork has become more seamless. As long as we do well, we can achieve the results we want."
