On June 2, Beijing time, the Chinese team embarked on an intense double training day. The competition schedule kicked off with a 4:30pm session, and this public 15-minute media opening became the last open session before the Chinese team embarked on their journey to Sharjah. Before the official opening of the training session, Stanley Wong became the focus of the media. He confessed that no matter what challenges he faces, doing well is the key, and the team's strategy remains unchanged, with the goal of winning three games in a row.
Stanley Wong revealed: "No plan can catch up with the actual situation, we as professional players, now is to adjust the state, go all out to prepare for the next game. No matter where we play, we have to strive for victory, we need to adjust quickly, and I believe the accommodation and food conditions in Dubai will create the best environment for us. I believe that through our joint efforts, we will be able to reap the desired results."
Talking about mentality adjustment, Stanley Wong said, "Objective conditions cannot be changed, all we can do is to do well. Our only goal is to win three games, our attention is completely focused on the game, no matter how difficult it is, we have to strive for victory."
When talking about the rival Philippines, Stanley Wong emphasized, "We have targeted training every day, but for us, no matter which opponent we face, we have to fight for all three points. After the first game, our self-confidence has improved significantly and our teamwork is getting better and better, so as long as we play at our best, victory is just around the corner."
