
On June 1, a youthful pulse from the Chinese Super League (CSL) revealed that in order to effectively prepare for the upcoming 2022 U20 Asian Cup qualifiers, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) is planning to launch its second build-up of the year from June 3 to June 17 at the Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Academy, as well as throwing itself into the thick of battle in the U21 Youth League.
A total of 40 players stood out from the lineup for this training, with Shandong Taishan contributing 11 players, followed closely by Guangzhou with 10 players, making these two clubs the representatives with the most players in this training. It is worth mentioning that only one player from Beijing Guoan team, Ma Ruize, was selected. The head coach leading the team is Spanish-born Antonio, while the Chinese coaching team consists of senior coaches such as Shao Jiayi, Yang Zhi, Du Zhenyu and Cao Yang.
