With the dawn of July 26, 2021, the soccer schedule for the Tokyo Olympics was finally unveiled. The Chinese women's soccer team's first match against Brazil was chosen to take place outside of Tokyo - at the time-honored Miyagi Stadium.

The Chinese women's soccer team, in Group F, will play Brazil on July 21 at 5 p.m. local time. The stadium, which carries the traumatic memories of the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake in Japan, has been revitalized since 2011, and now has a capacity of more than 49,000 spectators, having been one of the stages for the 2002 FIFA World Cup.

China's second match will also be played at the Miyagi Stadium against Zambia on July 24 at 5 p.m. The final match of the group stage will be played against the Netherlands at Yokohama International Stadium. In the final match of the group stage, the Chinese team will move to Yokohama International Stadium to face the Netherlands on July 27 at 8:30pm. The stadium, the largest in Japan, has witnessed countless passionate moments since its opening in 1998 and was the venue for the 2002 World Cup final.

The Tokyo Olympic Women's Soccer Tournament features 12 teams competing in three groups for the group stage. According to the rules of the competition, the top two teams from each group, plus the two best third-place finishers, will advance to the knockout rounds to fight for glory.
