News Flash: On May 24th, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) officially issued a penalty notice against Huang Chao of the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), one of the top teams in the Chinese League A, for irrationally kicking a soccer ball at an opposing team member after the referee whistled for a timeout in a competitive duel, an act that has sparked widespread concern in the community and negatively impacted the image of the sport in the community. According to the rules of the Football Association, Huang Chao will face a four-match suspension and a fine of 40,000 RMB.
