National football team preparing for the 40 strong match dynamic

In order to prepare for the 40-team tournament, Wu Lei ended his season in the Western B in advance. According to the plan, Wu Lei will take a point-to-point approach from the Shanghai isolation point and go directly to Gusu, enter the closed area and meet with the team. With the return of Wu Lei, the jigsaw puzzle of the national football team formation is about to be complete. From today, the national football team will continue to train together with a full lineup in Gusu to prepare for the sprint stage.

Chen Xuyuan, president of the Chinese Football Association (CFA), recently expressed confidence in the national soccer team's charge into the Top 12. "I think the first thing is that we have the strength; the second thing is that we should take the responsibility; from the preparation point of view, we have been preparing for more than a year towards this goal (to get out of the Top 40). Tickets for the 40-team tournament went on sale on May 18th. In less than a day, tickets for all four matches of the national soccer team's package and the first match against Guam have been sold out. The tournament is expected to have a capacity of 30,000 spectators per game, while games between the other four visiting teams will not be open, according to reports.
