
As the third round of the Central League came to a close, Wuhan Three Town suffered their first defeat since the season with a 0-1 score against Guizhou in the final match; meanwhile, Nantong Zhiyun turned back North Sporting University with a 2-1 score, continuing their three consecutive victories since the start of the season.
After the first two rounds of the league, there were four teams with a winning record, namely Meizhou Hakka, Chengdu Rongcheng, Wuhan Sanzhen and Guizhou. However, Meizhou Hakka, the first team to start this round, lost 0-1 to Zhejiang, while Chengdu Rongcheng drew 1-1 with Kunshan FC, both teams stopping their winning streak.
In the main game of the round, Guizhou and Wuhan Sanzhen faced off. With Ma Canjie's goal in the first 2 minutes, Guizhou won 1-0 against Wuhan Sanzhen.
The 1-0 win made Guizhou the only team to keep a clean sheet so far this season in the Central League.
On the same night, Nantong Zhiyun defeated Beijing Beitian University 2-1, realizing two consecutive victories while remaining undefeated for three rounds. As of now, only four teams are left in the Central League, namely Guizhou, Zhejiang, Chengdu Rongcheng and Nantong Zhiyun. Five other teams have yet to win, namely Kunshan, Sichuan Jiuniu, Beijing Beitida, Zibo Cuju and Beijing Polytechnic.
