On April 28th, Beijing time, the organizing committee of the Wuhan Region of the China League of First Division officially issued a notice to fans around the world that in view of the current epidemic prevention and control needs, the China League of First Division matches will not be open to foreign fans for the time being. At the same time, the Guizhou Football Club, located in the same region, also expressed its regret to the fans through its official microblogging site, announcing that the match between Guizhou and Suzhou Dongwu on May 1 will also be closed to the public.

It is reported that since April 21, Guizhou Football Club has repeatedly written to the Wuhan Match Area, promising to organize the fans to watch the match under the premise of strictly controlling the number of people attending the match and in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention. However, at 3pm on April 28th, the club suddenly received a notice from the Wuhan organizing committee of the China A League that the tournament would no longer be open to local fans. In the face of this unexpected situation, Guizhou Football Club quickly contacted the organizing committee of the Central League.

As well as the Wuhan Organizing Committee of the Central League, the club has communicated with the organizing committee several times in an attempt to open the Suzhou Dongwu fans' stands for the May 1 match, but ultimately the approval was still not granted. After careful consideration, the club has decided not to open the Guizhou fans' stand for this match for the time being.
