According to Yuxi Daily, Yukun has absorbed many high-level players and coaches this season, and the accommodation, training and other logistical support it provides is comparable to the Chinese Super League standard. With China A halfway through the season, the club revealed to the Yuxi Municipal Party Committee, the municipal government and investors the need for huge investment after the Super League, and the response was "full support".
Yukun's success in the Super League signaled that next year Yuxi will usher in a top Chinese team. The specifications, safety and service quality of the game need to be greatly improved, and the demand for funds has also surged, strengthening commercial operations has become an urgent task for Yukon Club. Next year, the club plans to take ticket income, commercial sponsorship, league share and derivatives licensing as the core, to create a full range of operational systems, and actively explore more diversified business models.
Meanwhile, the team's signings are being prepared. Currently, the team has only three foreign players. Coach Anderson is working on observing Chinese Super League matches, studying new signing strategies, and strengthening the strength of domestic players. In addition, significant progress has been made in youth training. The club has established U13, U14 and U15 youth teams with 92 young players, 73 of whom are Yunnan nationals, covering U17 and U19 levels.
As the season comes to a close, Yunnan Yukun's home venue, the Highland Sports Center, will be implementing a seat expansion plan for the main stadium, adding 5,300 new seats, which will bring the total seating capacity to 30,300.
