As the top development platform for retired professional soccer players in China, Inheritance Soccer Star League is committed to bringing together the power of the middle and new generations of Chinese soccer, telling the wonderful stories of Chinese soccer and passing on the spirit of soccer.
In 2012, the Legacy Soccer Stars League (formerly Lao A A), initiated by former Guangzhou Sun Devils player Peng Weiguo, was launched and received an enthusiastic response from a number of renowned players such as Fan Zhiyi, Wei Qun, Jiang Feng, Gao Feng, Wang Feng and so on. Now, the 10th edition of the tournament is about to be unveiled, and has been widely watched and recognized by fans and all walks of life across the country! Since the first edition was successfully held in Guangzhou in 2012, the tournament has been held in many cities across the country, covering a wide range of fields such as school soccer, social industry and sports.
In 2019, the CFA included the AA Stars Football League in its work report for the first time, marking the tournament as an important part of Chinese soccer.
In 2023, the tournament will be upgraded and renamed as Inheritance Football Star League (Super Champion Group), and a lifting system will be introduced to integrate the resources of retired football stars, give full play to the residual enthusiasm of the older generation of athletes, and contribute to the sustainable development of Chinese soccer.
