On October 27th, in Yongchuan at night, the Chinese women's soccer team capped off the Uzbekistan women's soccer team with a 3-0 victory. The victory was not only a sign of respect for the opponent, but also a perfect debut for new manager Milicic in front of Chinese fans. According to Soccer Daily, the Chinese women's soccer team made their attacking tactics the focus of their drills in that night's match.

Back in May of this year, Australian Milicic took over as the new head coach of the Chinese women's soccer team. Since his appointment, he has led the team to two matches against the Australian women's soccer team, first a 1-1 draw and then a 0-2 loss. However, Milicic made his debut in front of Chinese fans at the Chongqing Yongchuan International Women's Football Championship.

For the match against Uzbekistan, Milicic came up with a new starting lineup: Xu Huan, Chen Qiaozhu, Wu Haiyan, Yao Wei, Zhai Qingwei, Yang Lina, Zhang Rui, Wang Yanwen, Zhang Xin, Wu Chengshu and Jin Kun. Compared with the first match against Australia, there are six adjustments in the starting lineup, while Xu Huan, Chen Qiaozhu, Wu Haiyan, Zhang Rui and Wang Yanwen continue to serve as starters. Such changes undoubtedly highlight Milicic's determination in selecting players and building a brand new team.

In this year's Yongchuan International Women's Football Championship, the Chinese team played with two teams, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. Compared to the Chinese team, the strength of the latter two teams is obviously insufficient. For the Chinese women's soccer team, this is undoubtedly an excellent opportunity to practice techniques and tactics and to hone the lineup.

Throughout the game, the Chinese women's soccer team made several substitutions and adjustments to provide more players with the opportunity to exercise. Milicic made a number of personnel adjustments in the mid-field offense and defense, especially focusing on the changes in the offensive end. Wang Yanwen, who started and played the whole game, has significantly improved her attacking power compared to before. This year, she joined the French Dijon women's soccer team, and the experience of staying in the ocean has improved her competitive level.

The Chinese women's soccer team created many chances during the match. Milicic needs to focus on practicing how to utilize the high points and create more chances in the opponent's box in the next training.

After the match, Wang Yanwen said, "Through the match with Uzbekistan Women's Football Team, we were able to better practice our offensive tactics and continue to improve our offensive coordination." Captain Wu Haiyan also said, "We hope to be more diversified in terms of offense, and we also made some deployments for defense. We hope to win this tournament, show our style and apply what we have learned in training to the game."

According to the schedule, China's women's football team will face Vietnam's women's football team on October 29 after winning the first match, aiming to win all the two matches and compete for the title of the tournament.
