A new chapter in Manchester United kits

Manchester United's away kit was inspired by the legendary Cantona's "Kung Fu Kick". It was at Crystal Palace's Selhurst Park stadium that Cantona performed his standard Chinese Kung Fu kick in the face of hooligans, which led to a great story, but also led to his suspension. However, Sir Alex Ferguson's unwavering support kept him at United, forging a future soccer legend.

Next year, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the event, the club has decided to design a jersey that mimics Cantona's flying leg in black, blue and gold. Whether the jersey will have a collar or not is still up in the air. But veteran fans will remember Cantona's erect collar as one of the many legends of his stay in the Premier League.

In addition to the news about United's next season's kit, it was also revealed that they will be wearing a purple away shirt for the first time. Purple, a color that has never been used in United's history, will have a retro vibe, inspired by the classic style from 1990-1992, when Giggs made his Premier League debut in a "snowflake" shirt.

Adidas has a penchant for this design and has adopted it three times in a row, including the third away shirt in the 15/16 season, the away shirt in the 17/18 season, and the dark blue away shirt this season. The distinctive snowflake-like M with dark lines on the jersey has been a brilliant sight.

According to information released by Adidas, the first purple jersey in Manchester United's history will incorporate three shades of white, mauve and dark purple. The jersey is expected to be officially released between June and September next year.
