Mahfoure's path to soccer
In the summer of 2019, 11-year-old Mahefuer with a new look, the first time to embark on the journey of the whole of Xinjiang field, she represents the Ili State U13 girls soccer team, and finally returned with the runner-up results, the individual was awarded the title of "excellent athlete". Yili Xiati coach commented: "fledgling her, but has the style of a great general, the face of the game, she is calm, midfield scheduling freely, both offense and defense, really a rare versatile player."
Mahfoure's versatility extends beyond soccer, as her talents in track and field and skiing are equally impressive. Coach Yershon Shiv praised her: "She is smart, she excels in school, and she is the top middle distance runner in Xinyuan County. Training with more than two dozen boys, she always comes out on top in both endurance running and skiing."
In 2022, Xinjiang girl Madinai Shadik became the first Xinjiang-born female international player in China's women's national soccer team, and the power of her example inspired Mahfoure to make up her mind to one day wear the national team's uniform.
In August 2023, at the 14th Autonomous Region Games, Mahefuer led the Yili Prefecture team to win the second place in the Women's A Division. In July of the same year, she officially began professional training at the Xinjiang Sports Vocational and Technical College (Xinjiang Women's Football Training Base).
Three months after joining the Xinjiang women's soccer team, Mahfoure made a splash at the national tournament. She was captured by Abdulsaimi photographers.
In October of this year, at the first national youth three major games held in Zhangzhou, Fujian, Mahfoure made her national debut, wearing the No. 10 jersey of the Xinjiang women's soccer team, attracting the attention of the U17 women's soccer team's coaching staff, and was successfully selected for the latest training team.
Xinjiang U17 Women's Football Assistant Coach Abdulsaimi Aili appreciated the newcomer: "She is in the top three of the team in terms of speed, physical fitness and technique, and is the kind of player who can shine in the game. Mentally tough, with good tactical execution, she always brings surprises."
The national competition has become a stage for Mahefuer to display her talent, and she has thus gained the opportunity to enter the national youth team for further study. Zhu Zhenghui, secretary of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Sports Vocational and Technical College, expressed his hope that Mahefuer would continue to broaden her horizons and go farther.
