Civilized Match Watching Initiative

August 2 - In the face of the recent uncivilized phenomenon of Chongqing fans, Chongqing Tongliang Dragon Music Department has launched a guide to civilized match watching, calling on fans to remain rational while enjoying the enthusiasm of the game.

[Dragon warm tips: rational and civilized viewing, violations will be punished!

Dear Fans:

The 2024 season saw the suspension of the Chinese First Division League, and Dragon is grateful for the enthusiastic atmosphere created by everyone at home. Win or lose, your support and shouts are our inexhaustible power to move forward. Although Tongliang Dragon Stadium was overflowing with cheers, there were also uncivilized behaviors and legal violations that affected the order of the game and the image of the home ground. For this reason, we issued a civilized appeal to the majority of fans to watch the game, and hope that you can cheer passionately and watch the game sensibly.

Here are a few typical recent cases as a reminder:

1. On June 2, 2024, in the 12th round of the Central League, a fan, Li Mou, who was drunk and misbehaved while watching the match, was stopped and advised to leave.

2. On June 22, 2024, in the fourth round of the FA Cup, a fan, Hua Mou, and four others hid cold fireworks and attempted to set them off, but were discovered by security. Xiong Mou lost control of his emotions and threw a water bottle, which was stopped and persuaded to leave; Yu Mou pretended to be a staff member to bring fans in, and was found to be administratively detained for five days.

3. On July 21, 2024, in the 18th round of the Central League, a fan, Li Mou, who threw a water bottle, was placed in administrative detention for five days; Wang Mou, who watched the match bare-chested in the stands' passageway and pushed and shoved a police officer who was trying to maintain order, was placed in administrative detention for eight days.

In this regard, Chongqing Tongliang Dragon Football Club will be involved in the personnel included in the "blacklist", prohibited from watching the rest of the season home games.

There are 12 rounds of league games left in the season. The Copperbottom Dragons will use the break to make adjustments. When we return, we will continue to work hard to find a way to win! Climb bravely! We urge our fans and friends:

1. Observe the order of the premises and refrain from engaging in illegal behavior.

2. Watch the game in a civilized manner and refrain from throwing objects onto the field.

3. Remain calm and avoid emotional outbursts as a result of the outcome.

4. Respect the players and referees and comply with the arrangements made by the field staff and security personnel.

5. Caring for public facilities and not damaging any facilities on the premises.

Let's work together to create an environment where passion and rationality coexist. I believe that our hearts are connected, and we will be able to reach the other side of the dream hand in hand! Chongqing, Rise!
