The night was low, and the dawn of July 28th witnessed another crucial battle in the Olympic men's soccer group stage in Paris. The match between the Japanese National Olympic Team and the Malian National Olympic Team came down to a narrow 1-0 victory for Japan, which was not only a win, but also an early ticket to the knockout rounds.

As the battle came to an end, Japan's head coach Oiwa looked at ease in the limelight. He revealed, "The game progressed as we had predicted before the match, with us skillfully controlling the tempo in the first half and making the decisive breakthrough in the second half. I am proud of the players' performance."

It's worth noting that even though Riku Handa left the game due to injury, the remaining 23 players were still in high spirits. They vowed to stay united and give their best for the next round of the group stage.
