In the latest talk show, former head coach of Heilongjiang Bingcheng Football Club, Jia Shunhao, disclosed the team's salary situation for the 2022 season.

Jia Shunhao has been in charge of the team since 2022 and stepped down at the end of April this year, during which time the team played 50 official matches with a record of 17 wins, 12 draws and 21 losses. When it comes to the team's salary, Ja Soon Ho is outspoken:

"The team includes veterans who have played for big top clubs as well as newcomers who have just emerged from the youth team. In Heilongjiang, we have to be honest, the salaries here are not generous - the maximum salary is only $20,000 - and only a very few players can reach that mark, with 11 players earning even just $5,000 to $6,000 a month."

"What does a $5,000 or $6,000 monthly salary mean? Let me use an example. This is equivalent to the cost of two pairs of sneakers that we must wear in our daily training and competitions. Maybe we only need one pair each month, but according to the current prices on the official website, a month's salary can only buy one pair of shoes, and the rest can barely make ends meet. What is even more worrying is that the issue of salary arrears has not been resolved for quite some time."

Nonetheless, many players choose to live on borrowed money and borrow to buy air tickets home, each unwilling to give up because they know the brutality of professional soccer. From the youth team to the professional team, any one injury or coach's preference at a critical moment in a career of more than ten years may have an impact on the whole career. Therefore, these players who persevere cherish their dreams even more and are unwilling to let down years of hard work and support from fans.
