The Changchun Yatai U21 team's preparation for the Haikou tournament on March 11th came to an end after a spring rain, and the players had a five-day long vacation. 17th, they will return to Yatai's base in Jingyue, and prepare for the 2024 Chinese Football Association U21 League which will be started in April.

Dating back to December 20 last year, the Yatai Youth Army started the winter training camp for the new season in Haikou. After nearly three months of sharpening, divided into three stages of preparation, this youth team not only enhanced physical fitness, but also in the technical and tactical level to achieve a qualitative leap.

Stepping into the 2024 season, players such as Wu Junjie, Wei Feng and Zhao Xiaolong were promoted from U21 to the first team, while U21 players such as Song Zi Wenhao, Shi Lishan and Huang Yushen were loaned out to the Central League team to improve themselves with real-world exercises. During the preparation period, the coaching staff conducted a round of comprehensive investigation on the players in order to optimize the team lineup.

According to the scheduled plan, on March 17th, Changchun Yatai U21 team will assemble at Yatai Jingyue Base, marking the end of winter training in Haikou and officially opening the home preparation mode. At that time, the team will also select outstanding players under the Yatai youth training system and promote them to the U21 team in order to achieve good results in the new season.
