The Chinese men's national soccer team had an intense preparation in Abu Dhabi on the evening of the 5th local time, with a warm-up match against a local club in the United Arab Emirates about to kick off.

Since the 2nd, the team has been practicing in the morning, and after two intensive training sessions, head coach Jankovic did not force the players to train two or three more times, but made flexible adjustments to the training program. This will not only help the players to recover physically, but also reduce their psychological burden. After a few days of adjustment, the players' condition has improved significantly.

Yesterday afternoon, Yankovic arranged a training session of moderate intensity for the upcoming warm-up match the following day. The overall observation was that the players were in high spirits, and more importantly, their reactions, body sensitivity and flexibility on the field improved significantly, compared to previous matches against Oman and Hong Kong, China.

In addition to adjusting the intensity and rhythm of training, Jankovic paid more attention to relieving players' pressure and helping them get out of the shadow of defeat. As a matter of fact, the defeat itself made the international players feel unhappy, but the invisible pressure and some meaningless remarks undoubtedly exacerbated their psychological fluctuations.

As a result, the team's management team has continued to communicate with the players to calm them down. At least from what we saw yesterday afternoon, the players were relieved, no longer silent, and there was more laughter on the training ground.

As planned, the national soccer team will play its final warm-up match against a club team from the United Arab Emirates in the evening local time. The warm-up match is aimed at getting the players back into the game and conducting targeted technical and tactical drills.
