Why did you choose to bid farewell to Dongguan Guanlian despite being honored as the best coach?
Ans: This is a subject of communication and choice, and each person in a different position may have his or her own opinion. However, I believe that this is undoubtedly the best choice after careful consideration.
How would you rate the effectiveness of your coaching this season?
I firmly believe that it is almost impeccable! Looking at an entire season as a project, we must focus on three key dimensions: cost, time and quality.
In terms of cost, Dongguan Guanlian upholds a low-cost operation, including the introduction of players, coaches and staff, which is one of the lowest investment in the Central League.
In the time dimension, the team went through a huge change at the beginning of the year, until early April before starting training. It was not until mid-April that the coaching team and players were fully integrated, and even the foreign aiders were only put in place after the start of the league. Therefore, from the point of view of time urgency, the team is under pressure to quickly complete the project task.
As for quality, the team finished seventh in the league, and it is worth emphasizing that the top six teams in the Central League often invest several times as much as we do. Such an achievement has far exceeded the goals and tasks set by the club at the beginning of the year.
This year, Dongguan Guanlian's 17 and 18 year old players have been given numerous opportunities to show outstanding performances on the field. They particularly shone in key statistics, including six goals and three assists. They also made an outstanding contribution by contributing key goals at critical moments to help the team finish relegation ahead of schedule.
Achieving these targets means that Dongguan Guanlian will no longer need to worry about the U21 player pool in the next few seasons.

Response: Currently I am in Tianjin pursuing a postgraduate program and will be with my family after the program. As for my future plans, I will go with the flow and actively wait and see.
