Ans: The art of communication and choice may be viewed differently by each person in a different position, however, I believe that this decision is the best choice after careful consideration.
So, what are your thoughts on the results of your coaching this season?
My view is that it is perfect! If we dissect an entire season as a program, we must focus on three key elements: cost, timeliness and quality.
Analyzed from a cost perspective, Dongguan Guanlian adheres to a low-cost operating philosophy and has demonstrated astute financial management, whether it is bringing in players, coaches, or staff, and as a result, it may be the club with the least amount of investment in the Central League.
In terms of time dimension, the team suffered a major change at the beginning of the year, so it was only at the beginning of April that training officially began. It was not until mid-April that the coaching team and players were fully equipped, and even the foreign aiders were not in place until after the start of the league. Therefore, in terms of time constraints, the team had to complete the project efficiently.
In terms of quality, the team finished 7th in the league. It should be noted that the top six teams in the Central League all invested several times as much as we did, and this result far exceeded the club's mission and goals set at the beginning of the year.
This season, Dongguan Guanlian's 17 and 18 year old young players have been given numerous opportunities to play and have performed brightly. Their outstanding performance is reflected in the statistics, totaling six goals and three assists. What's more, they also contributed decisive goals at crucial moments of the game, helping the team to complete the relegation task ahead of schedule, contributing a lot.
Reaching these targets means that Dongguan Guanlian will no longer need to worry about the U21 player pool in the near future.

Response: Currently I am in Tianjin pursuing a postgraduate program and will be spending time with my family after the program. As for my future plans, I will wait and see what happens.
