The 19th round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) came to an end on July 30th when Shanghai Seaport defeated Shanghai Shenhua with an overwhelming 5-0 victory on the road. Currently, Seaport is leading the table with an 11-point lead, and an analysis by Soccer News pointed out that they seem to have secured the title.

Despite stopping at the FA Cup three days ago, Seaport has turned its attention to the league. The club's senior management has asked the team to go all out for the next challenge and try to accumulate more points before the start of the AFC Champions League season. The first tough match will be against arch-rivals Shanghai Shenhua.

On the eve of the Derby, Harbour officially announced the signing of Lucas João to a contract. The player is said to be the ideal candidate in manager Javier's mind. He is not only tall enough to provide strong support to Harbour in handling the ball in the air, but also an invaluable asset to the team's attacking end due to his versatility and keen sense of tackling.

Harbor showed overwhelming superiority against Shenhua. The 8-point gap in the table highlights both their strength and their consistent performance this season. In the end, Seaport finished with a 5-0 victory, with Oscar and Wu Lei scoring twice, and Lu Wenjun's goal to their credit.

Oscar revealed in an interview, "My goal is to win the title with Harbour. In my opinion, the team has performed well in recent seasons and is going strong this season. We've won three titles in my time with Harbour and I'm hoping to add another one this year. I still have a year and a half left on my contract with Harbour and the current plan is to finish my career here and I am very content right now."
