According to reporter Zhou Xiao, Yang Liyu is expected to try to return to training after a four-week recovery period. On the same day, experts from Beijing Jishuitan Hospital conducted a detailed diagnosis of the two players. Yang Liyu's examination results showed that he suffered an old fracture of the tip of the fibula of the right ankle, damage to the anterior fibular ligament of II-III degree, damage to the heel fibular ligament of I degree, as well as slight osteochondral injuries and a small amount of intra-articular effusion. In addition, the peroneal tendon was damaged and the tendon sheath was edematous with fluid. It is expected that in two weeks, Yang will be treated with external ankle brace immobilization and soft fixation rehabilitation training, and is expected to try field training in four weeks.

Also affected by the injury was Kang Sang-woo. His injuries are a right acromioclavicular joint contusion, a strained rostroclavicular ligament, and edema damage to the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons. Kang will be treated with a shoulder sling for protection and will begin some training after the two to three week acute phase.
