On April 3, 2023, Surfing News disclosed that Shanghai Shenhua Football Club has successfully completed the change of business registration, making careful preparations for the upcoming new season.

Just earlier this week, the registered capital of Shanghai Shenhua Football Club Co., Ltd. has increased from 1.15 billion to 1.322 billion in the industrial and commercial inquiry system, a change that signals the club's strong strength.

On March 31, the industrial and commercial change procedures drew a successful conclusion, the legal representative by the Valley Inter Qing took over, which marks the Shenhua club equity changes in the key nodes to be implemented.

After completing the business changes, the new club plans to do some publicity in the CFA to eliminate potential risks. It is reported that after some efforts, the publicity campaign will be successfully carried out.

Meanwhile, the club is going all out for the opening match of the new season. It is worth noting that Shenhua's home ground will be shifted from Hongkou Football Stadium as Shanghai Stadium is managed by Jiuzhi Group. Despite the challenges of ownership, Shanghai Stadium's glorious history as a blessing for Shenhua, winning the title twice in 1998 and 2017, is something to look forward to.

Fans may recall that Shenhua fans had pre-purchased tickets for the 2020 season, but problems with the ticketing company left many in doubt. Fortunately, the solution was extended for another year and the high capacity of the Shanghai Stadium will alleviate the problem.

In terms of foreign imports, Amadou and Malele joined on a free and Yann Xinli's transfer fee was quite cheap. Joao Teixeira is also rumored to have signed for a high price. Shenhua also intend to bring in a young homegrown international, but there are still some disputes between the two sides. As the transfer window is about to close, it is still uncertain whether this transfer will be realized.
