Under the warm spring sun on the 26th, Jiao Fengbo, the representative of Zhejiang Football, disclosed the club's business development and youth training strategy in the interview on the soccer night.

Jiao Fengbo said, "In fact, from A-A to the Chinese Super League, revenue is expected to climb by 30%, which is a severe test for our investment team. Despite this year's tough situation, we still need to strive for a 30% annual increase in spite of this adversity, and we plan to achieve 90% growth in the next three years, one step at a time," Jiao said. Although we have about thirty sponsors, which is rare in the industry, our impact pales in comparison to the hundreds, if not thousands, of sponsors in Japan and Europe, as well as a number of smaller sponsors.

Jiao Fengbo further explained: "If the annual investment of five hundred million, the return is only one hundred million, accounting for less than 20%, it should be 5 to 10% of the return. However, there are many such phenomena in our country. We have multiple sources of income from industry, government and shareholders, and we look forward to providing sponsors with more opportunities for cooperation."

Talking about the investment in youth training, Jiao Fengbo pointed out, "For example, in the Xinjiang tournament, we must rationally allocate our limited budget and training funds, which is what we expect from the youth training department. In the long run, youth training accounts for 15-20 percent of the club's total investment."

Regarding the club's independent development of players, Jiao Fengbo revealed: "In the past few years, we have required 50% of the players to be independently developed, and in the next two years, we will further refine on this basis. Taking the 01-06 age group players as an example, if you want to enter the first-team roster, you need to have about 10 people. Considering the commercial orientation, these 10 players will help reduce the manpower cost of the first team. If 10 players are brought in from outside, the expenditure on wages alone will be three to 10 times higher than that of independent training."
