Beijing time on March 20, the Chinese Football Association unveiled the second batch of professional league debt settlement club list of mystery. Shenzhen, Guangzhou City, Guangzhou team and other 9 teams are listed, while Hebei team, Zibo Cuju is missing, they may be absent from the new season competition.

However, just on March 13, the FA just announced the first list of clubs to settle their debts, totaling 42 teams. The Football Association made it clear that the 14th to 16th is a publicity period, and creditors have the right to appeal. It is rumored that many creditors have submitted complaint materials, the relevant departments of the Football Association is stepping up the review, and urged the relevant clubs to actively respond.

Originally scheduled for the 20th access deadline, the FA not only released the second list of clubs that have settled their debts, but three Chinese Super League (CSL) teams, including Chengdu Rongcheng, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, have also successfully completed their debt settlement. Meanwhile, five clubs, including Guangzhou, Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic and Heilongjiang Bingcheng, have also successfully completed debt settlement.

After the announcement of the list, the Football Association still retains a three-day publicity period, allowing the relevant team personnel to appeal. Currently, the list for the new season of China's third-tier soccer league is still in flux, and the debt settlement is only the first step. If you want to succeed in access, you still need to wait for the final review of the Football Association.

From the two batches of lists, Wuhan Changjiang, Hebei, Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Leopard, Zibo Cuju and Beijing Beijing Sports University are not on the list. Among them, Wuhan Changjiang and Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Leopard have decided to withdraw. Hebei team, Zibo Cuju and Beijing Beijing Sports University is less likely to complete access, or will face the fate of withdrawal or dissolution.
