In the late afternoon of February 17th, a warm-up match was held at Soca's training base in Zhuhai, where the 2006 U17 internationals competed against a newly formed Chinese Championship team. At the end of the match, the players were able to take two consecutive days off to rest and prepare for the next "devil" training challenge on February 20th.

In preparation for the U17 Asian Cup to be held in Thailand in June, the U17 national football team started a new round of training on January 29th in Zhuhai. The coaching team has carefully deployed the program to improve the players' physical fitness and technical and tactical levels. In the past two weeks, the players have been working out three times a day through high-intensity physical training, which has become a daily routine. After the internal confrontation on February 14th, the team management actively coordinated with the international players to have a warm-up match with Zhuhai 2030 Club on the afternoon of the 17th. The opponent was a new club that had just been formed and was preparing for the new Champions League season. The match on the field was tense and intense, and the U17 international players showed good tactical skills. Liu Chengyu broke the deadlock in the 35th minute and Zhuhai 2030 equalized in the 64th minute, but the U17 internationals sealed the game with a goal from Mei Shuaijun in the 75th minute. Despite the lineup change in the second half, the team still showed tenacious fighting spirit. It is worth mentioning that most of the players in this warm-up match participated in the U17 Asian Preliminary Tournament last October. After the actual battle, the coaches and players found the problems in time and prepared for the next match. After the game, all the players continued to participate in physical training to adapt to the high-intensity training rhythm. The coaching staff also strengthened the physical reserves by running the team that had made mistakes back to the premises from the field. In order to ease the players' fatigue, the coaching team decided to arrange two days of rest this weekend and resume training on the 20th. From the resumption of training to the Foshan Zhonghe Cup Invitational Tournament in early March, the team will continue to maintain high-intensity training. In this way, U17 international players not only show the spirit of hard work on the field, but also sharpen their will in training, and get ready for the upcoming Asian Cup.
