On February 16th, Zhao Mingjian officially drew a line in the sand with Shanghai Shenhua, where he played for three years, on his personal Jitterbug account.

On the occasion of the Shenhua game, Zhao Mingjian left a deep message: "Three years of Shenhua years, waved goodbye today. Comrades, thank you for your support and care, may you be invincible. Looking back, I am full of joy, and hope that our country's soccer will soon have a new look. At the end of the day, I would like to say one more time: "No madness, no life, no Shenhua, thank you, thank you!"

Zhao Mingjian, 35, joined Shenhua at the beginning of 2020 and has played 38 games for the team, scoring four goals and dishing out one assist. In the second half of last season, Zhao was loaned out to Kunshan in the Central League, where he helped the team reach the Super League title.
