Soccer Daily disclosed that China's Football Association and the Football Federation Preparatory Group is hotly discussing the issue of relocation, there are signs of relaxation. It is reported that at least two local clubs have the idea of relocation, one of which has already started contact with the mountain city of Chongqing.

Well-known reporter Lumi revealed in his microblogging: "Only I know, there have been two teams in the Central League want to change the home field, one of them is actively contacting the Chongqing side."

Tracing back to May 24, 2022, Chongqing Liangjiang Athletic Football Club announced with a sigh of relief that it was bidding farewell to the Chinese Super League and suspending the team's operations. Since then, there is no professional league team in the mountain city of Chongqing.

However, the discussion of relocation is not entirely open: on the one hand, the ban on relocation of the Chinese Super League is still pending; on the other hand, the preparatory group plans to implement a relaxed policy for the A and B leagues, but also set a strict threshold, such as prohibiting the relocation of clubs in arrears of wages.
